In 2003, the United Nations Convention against Corruption was adopted. Based on this, since 2004, the International Anti-Corruption Day has been celebrated annually on December 9.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and in honor of the International Anti–Corruption Day, legal training was conducted among employees of JSC SEZ Seaport Aktau (hereinafter referred to as the Company) on the following legislative acts:

- The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption";

- The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" (regarding corruption offenses);

- The Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (regarding corruption offenses).

During the legal training, the head of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of the Company Toktarbai Sh.K. familiarized employees with the Concept of the Anti–corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 and noted the importance of compliance with legislation in the field of anti-corruption.
